Livemills is a fresh-production grocery house opening in East of Kailash, South Delhi. Bilona ghee churned in the open, spices ground on stone before your eyes, mustard oil pressed while you watch. No warehouses, no mystery, no months on a shelf — everything made in front of you, every single day.
Most grocery brands hide their factories. We built our store around ours. The four instruments in our mark — the grinding stone, the mortar, the oil press, the bilona churn — aren't decoration. They're the equipment on our floor, working in small daily batches, in full view. Freshness isn't our claim. It's our layout.
A2 milk is cultured into curd, churned slowly into makkhan in the traditional matka, and simmered into bilona ghee in our open dairy kitchen. Paneer, curd and buttermilk are made fresh through the day — not shipped in from a plant.
Whole spices sourced from origin mandis, ground slow and cool on traditional stone chakkis so the aroma and oils survive. Wheat is milled the same way — you can watch your atta being made.
Mustard seed and groundnut pressed in-store the kachi ghani way — no heat, no refining, no solvents. Settled, filtered and bottled within days of pressing, not months.
We would rather make a few things perfectly than stock seven thousand things anonymously. Every product below is made inside the store, in front of the people who buy it.
Livemills is at day zero — our flagship store in South Delhi is being built right now. The people who join today aren't filling roles; they're setting the standard for everything that comes after. If you've ever wanted to say "I was there at the start," this is the start.
You won't be stacking anonymous boxes. You'll be making ghee, running stone chakkis, pressing oil — work that customers stop to watch, and thank you for.
Early hires shape recipes, processes and culture. Your fingerprints will be on how this brand does things for years — and growth here won't wait for a vacancy.
Livemills is designed from day one to grow beyond one store. Lead well at store one, and you'll be the person we trust with store two.
Clean processes, fair pay, real training in food production and premium retail — and a founder who works the floor with you.
We're hiring across production, retail and store leadership for our South Delhi flagship.
Rhythm has spent a decade inside the food business most people never see — the refineries, mandis and trading desks where India's edible oils actually come from. A chemical engineer by training, he ran production, purchasing and multi-state expansion at Motive Agro Oils, a New Delhi edible-oils manufacturer, and traded oilseed commodities on India's national exchanges.
That vantage point led to a conviction: the further food travels from where it's made, the less anyone can vouch for it. After a Master's in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at ESADE Business School in Barcelona — and hands-on experience launching and turning around retail stores — he came home to build the answer: a store where production and retail happen in the same room.
Livemills is that store. Rhythm leads sourcing, production standards and the trading relationships behind every raw material — and he's building a team that cares about food the same way.
